Order delivery can take between 4-15 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us. If you weren’t available when the delivery guy or courier partner knocked at your door, we may decide to leave it at door, if it is safe to do so. For unsuccessful delivery, you may have to contact us to arrange another delivery at additional cost.
If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An e-mail or SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” section on our website. We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.
Delivery Fee is subjective and will depend on how fast you need your gifts. Normally delivery Fees fall in the range of CAD $19-$35, You can check it before you place your order by providing your delivery address on checkout page.
Delivery time varies with location, Morning deliveries happen between 9 a.m- Noon, Afternoon deliveries from Noon - 4 p.m, Evening from 5 p.m- 8p.m and Anytime delivery is anytime between 9a.m - 8 p.m. If you cannot be there at a certain hour, try to see if someone else can be at the delivery address to accept the parcel on your behalf.
We ensure highest standards of packaging norms and deliver all our products in highly standardized Carton Boxes which will ensure there are no damages while handling your items.
All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.
In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days.
